The CHRISTIAN BAUER stockist zone offers access to all stockist-relevant content such as daily price information, price lists or any available downloads such as advertisement templates, logos, images, etc. We offer you a platform with all the important information for daily use as a CHRISTIAN BAUER stockist.
How do I get access to the stockist zone?
In order to gain access to the CHRISTIAN BAUER stockist zone, you must be an authorized CHRISTIAN BAUER stockist and you must be activated for the stockist zone using the stockist registration form. After you have filled out your activation application, we will check your details and you will shortly receive your user account with the login data by email.
Who gets access to the stockist zone?
Only official CHRISTIAN BAUER wedding ring dealers have access to the CHRISTIAN BAUER stockist zone. Precondition is the sending of an activation request via our online registration form.
I have already registered for the stockist zone, but have not yet received a confirmation of my registration - how long does it take?
We try to process all registration requests as quickly as possible. However, processing may take a few days. So please be patient for a few days. However, if you have not received an activation email after a week, please contact us.
I have access to the CHRISTIAN BAUER stockist zone, but have forgotten my access data - what do I have to do?
If you have forgotten your user data, you can have your user data sent again by entering the email address with which you registered for the stockist zone. A new password is set, which you can of course change later at any time in the stockist zone.
I have valid access data for the stockist zone, but I cannot log in - why?
In principle, you only have access to the stockist zone in your country with your access data. It is therefore for example not possible for a US stockist to log into the German stockist zones.
Also make sure that your user data is spelled correctly (upper and lower case, etc.) and, if in doubt, copy the information from your confirmation email into the login fields. If you still have problems with the login, please contact us.
I would like to delete my stockist access - how do I proceed?
In order to delete your stockist account with us, please send us an informal email stating your user data and we will delete your account immediately.
